::: fusel und hiebe: thomas groß mit einem versuch der annäherung an das the pogues-album rum, sodomy & the lash: Sie sind der blinde Fleck des Jahrzehnts, ein septischer Schock, der die steril gewordene Popkultur zu einem Zeitpunkt ergriff, als vom Punk nur noch die Poppertolle übrig geblieben war.bemerkenswert: aus thomas groß wird zum ende des texts das rechtschreibreform-opfer thomas gross. da wissen weder autor noch redakteur sich zu einigen.
::: der neue labels-/muste-podcast ist da. mit den fotos, erasure (nein, will ich nicht verlinken), kante und den wunderbaren i'm from barcelona. problem nur: die nette frau mit dem mikrofon erklärt eine verlosung, der garantiert keiner der zuschauer folgen kann. wer nämlich tatsächlich dem hinweis auf labelsmusik folgt, der findet garantiert nicht den deeplink zum podcast, der die gewinn-email-adresse enthält. wie die stieber twins mal sagten: du musst noch lernen!>> labels/emi-podcast - folge 4 [m4v/25,2 mb]::: 100 cds to 100 bloggers: mack collier schlägt genau das vor.Let's say that The Donnas have a new CD coming out on June 27th. So the girls datamine their fan email lists, their forums, etc, and get a list together of 100 fans of their music that also have a blog.
The band emails the 100 bloggers, explains that they will send them a copy of their upcoming CD, if the bloggers will agree to review it on their blog after they hear it. Of course the 100 fans of The Donnas would be thrilled that the band reached out to them to even review the CD, and would be elated that they'd get the CD before it even hit the stores! After getting the addresses together, The Donnas add a BIG bonus, they take an hour or so to sign and inscribe all the CDs.der typische schneeballeffekt. problem dabei: wer mag eigentlich the donnas?
::: disposable - a history of skateboard art: ein buch, das sich ganz der geschichte des skateboard-designs widmet. über 1000 decks sind darin abgebildet, von oldschool-brettern bis zu modernen decks. über 40 der künstler sind auf der homepage mit arbeitsproben portraitiert, das buch ist ab sofort im handel erhältlich.
